The Traveltool e-services management group and Gesintur, one of the main software distributors for travel agencies nationwide, have signed a commercial collaboration agreement to provide Traveltool’s retail network with the management tool and other specific functionalities that allow the agency to develop their administrative tasks, fully automating the complex process of billing for tourist services and their applicable regimes. All this affords  improved efficiencies in this type of process, with the added bonus of cost savings.

By virtue of this agreement, Traveltool will offer its more than 600 associated agencies the first “GIAV for Traveltool” software license at no cost, and special conditions for contracting second licenses or additional services provided by Gesintur.

The DNA and the technological background of both companies has facilitated their understanding, and will allow Traveltool e-services to offer an integrated solution, including the GIAV management software as a key element among the products and services of its agencies, and which incorporates, among other providers, the dump of the reservations made in Smytravel, platform of the tour operators and consolidators of the Logitravel Group for travel agencies.

The agreement was signed by Toni Frau, CEO of Traveltool e-services, and Jonatan González, CEO of Gesintur, starting November 1st 2020. With its application, the travel agencies that are part of the management group launched by the Logitravel Group will benefit from the advantages described above, and from the planned future technological roadmap of  projects that they will jointly develop together.
